Ordering policy
               

Ordering policy all products that are in stock will be shipped out within 72 hours provided the order is placed before 12.30 on that given day, after 12.30 then the next working day. All products will require a signature, any product that is  temporarily out of stock  the customer will be contacted by e-mail or telephone on a delivery date. If this is unsuitable then a full refund will be given.  All on line orders are on secure 128 bit server. Spencers Sporting Guns will not pass on information to third parties.   

                                    Return policy
All products will be given a full refund excluding shipping costs, and a 5% handling charge provided they are received back in undamaged  and  unused condition with original packaging. Refunds will be with in 24 hours on receipt of the goods. All goods and products must be sent back by insured courier with signature required at Spencers Sporting Guns
